Terms for direct marketplace trades

Direct listings are negotiated at your own risk
TibiaDepot is a publication, discovery and communication platform for Tibia marketplace listings. In direct listings, TibiaDepot is not a broker, escrow provider, payment processor, guarantor, seller, buyer, agent or party to the transaction.
If a listing is not marked as Moedaz-intermediated, the users negotiate and execute the trade outside TibiaDepot intermediation and accept the risks of fraud, non-delivery, chargeback, price changes, account penalties, external communication and external payment methods.
User responsibilities
Before negotiating, users must verify the item, house, world, price, seller or buyer identity, payment method and all trade details. Users are responsible for following applicable law, Tibia rules and any relevant third-party terms.
Users must not publish fraudulent, misleading, illegal, abusive or rights-infringing content. TibiaDepot may remove listings, restrict accounts, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests when needed to protect the platform and its users.
No guarantee for non-intermediated trades
For direct trades, TibiaDepot does not guarantee delivery, payment, item authenticity, house transfer, buyer solvency, seller reliability, dispute recovery or compensation for losses.
Reports and moderation tools may help identify abuse, but they do not create an obligation for TibiaDepot to recover items, money, Tibia Coins or accounts.
Moedaz intermediation is a separate flow
Listings explicitly marked as Moedaz-intermediated follow a separate assisted negotiation flow. A direct listing does not receive that protection, even if users later contact each other outside the platform.
When you create a TibiaDepot account, TibiaDepot stores an acceptance record with user, terms version, date/time, IP address, user agent and source for audit and platform protection. This acceptance applies to users who publish, browse or negotiate Marketplace listings.
